This is our College Employability Programme badge for the College Employability Programme Skills Day - Teams. Students awarded this badge have completed this course and passed all associated assessments. During the course students work against the clock to solve 3 interactive team challenges, whilst practising key professional skills most sought after by graduate employers.
Criteria
Course completion for this Skills day - Teams within the University of Glasgow's College Employability Programme, requires attendance at our intensive teams-focused assessment centre and completion of our College Employability Programme Groupwork to teamwork course.
Students completing this course have a good understanding of how effective teams function and are formed, of group dynamics, and will have an understanding of their own behavioural preferences when working in teams.
